Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties varies from country to country. - Delivery is FREE within West Malaysia for RM100 spend and above, East Malaysia for RM180 spend and above. We accept returns as long as the item purchased is not worn, not washed, not changed or damaged in any way.
Returns and exchanges must be done within a 30 days window. Postage in the event of a return is to be born by the buyer.

I’ve been looking for stylish laptop bag and this denitely it. It has multiple compartment so that i can put my properly organiza my umbrella, laptop wires and charger. They bag doesn’t fee extra heavy which is great ! Definitely worth every penny.

It’s my 2nd purchase from Tracey. It’s affordable and I love the design. The materials is soft and i also like the simple and many compartment of the backpack. The size is just right for my 15” laptop.
I love the many compartments that this bag has and there's so much space in it. I feel safe putting my laptop in this bag compared to the nylon bags as if it does fall, at least there's a lot of cushion in this Urban Lady Backpack, which has happened already 😂 Good thing I pre-ordered it!
